With a holistic approach, our social service and assistance activities aim to provide sustainable solutions in the fight against poverty and to improve the socio-economic conditions of single-parent and disadvantaged families. Through our comprehensive social service model — which includes personalized family support plans, counseling sessions, in-kind and cash assistance, therapy services, and family seminars — we not only support individuals but also contribute to the broader, sustainable transformation of society. For the healthy development of orphaned and needy children, we also support the development of their families.

To help families break free from the cycle of poverty, we provide one-on-one counseling sessions on challenges related to education, health, and employment.

We deliver in-kind and cash assistance according to the specific needs of each family.

We encourage employable adults to participate in the workforce.

Family members who are illiterate are directed to literacy courses.

We ensure that children continue their schooling while adults participate in vocational training courses.

If there are sick family members, we accompany them through hospital treatment processes.

Considering that the well-being and development of children is closely tied to the mother, we support mothers’ mental health through therapy services.

Additionally, through our psychosocial support programs, we bring parents together in family seminars with experts in fields such as psychology, education, economics, and law to address common problems faced by families.

How do we identify the families who receive assistance?

Application and registration process for those in need
At our association, we only accept applications from families with children in need.

Applications for assistance can be submitted by phone, via WhatsApp message, by email, or through direct application at our association center. To process an application, we request the necessary documents from the applicant (identity card, residence document, health report, etc.). For each family whose documents are completed, we open a digital file, assign a family number, and thus regularly track their assistance process. Additionally, during our field visits and social investigations, we identify families in need who may not know how to apply for help and include them in our system.

Needs assessment
Our social investigation teams, consisting of social workers and volunteers, conduct home visits to review applications, verify information, and determine the level of need. We assess family members, living conditions, and specific needs within the household, and then organize the assistance accordingly. During these visits, we do not immediately inform applicants whether they will receive aid or the exact amount of support.

Evaluation of assessments
Needs assessments and evaluations are carried out without discrimination based on race, religion, sect, political opinion, or ideology. Information gathered during household visits is evaluated objectively by our assistance evaluation committee, and each family is assigned a social assistance score. Taking into account the association’s resources and the contributions of our donors, we deliver the appropriate in-kind or cash assistance to eligible families. All assistance is provided in the spirit of solidarity, with sincerity and care in building safe and humane relationships.

Reevaluation
At regular intervals and/or when new information arises, we monitor changes in families’ situations and reassess whether the assistance provided should continue, be modified, or be discontinued.
