In “Understanding the Refugee Children: Volunteer Training 4”, we got together with more than 200 volunteer candidates who want to share their love, time and knowledge for the Affinity Project of Education, Social Support and Guidance. Before the project starts, our volunteers have been informed about working with the refugee children who are a vulnerable group.
In the program held online between 18-19 September 2021, we discussed communication and group work with refugee children, trauma and its effects, adjustment problems, border and anger problems, adolescence psychology, the importance of educational games and interaction, and volunteerism awareness.
We thank dear speakers who have shared their knowledge experience with us and attended our training with great devotion.
